is the CEO of Family Health Centers of Southwest Florida, Inc. and also serves as our voice on many other boards. She is highly respected among healthcare administrators and our elected officials.Dear Friends,
Family Health Centers of Southwest Florida, Inc. is a multi-specialty health care practice serving the rapidly growing, culturally diverse people of Southwest Florida. From 12 medical and 6 dental offices, we currently provide medical, dental and medical social services to Lee and Charlotte counties, as well as the western portion of Hendry County.
Medical treatment is provided at each location by our Family Practice, OB/GYN, Internal Medicine, Pediatric physicians and Dentists who are experienced in caring for every member of the family, regardless of the patient's age or gender.We are proud to be a founding member of the Health Choice Network.

Our Mission Statement
It shall be the mission of Family Health Centers of Southwest Florida, Inc. to improve medical outcomes by providing primary health care, preventive health care, disease management and health related educational services to the medically underserved, migratory agricultural worker families, the homeless and other special populations who require access to health care. Family Health Centers of Southwest Florida, Inc. will work with the various communities to identify, plan and deliver a variety of health care services which will meet the needs of those communities. All medical care and related services will be of a quality that insures dignity to and respect for the patient.

- In year 2005 we had 138,483 Medical visits; and 24,996 Dental visits, for a total of 163,479 visits.
- In year 2006 those numbers increased to 166,969 Medical visits and 37,558 Dental visits, for a total of 204,527 visits.
- 25,070 children cared for in 2006.
- 49,581 individual patients were seen and served.
- In the year 2005 our doctors and midwives delivered a total of 1,541 precious babies, and in year 2006 we had 1,778 delivered at HealthPark Medical Center and Gulf Coast Hospital.
- Over 45 Doctors, nurse practitioners, certified nurse midwives, 8 dentists, and 5 dental hygenists on staff.
- Over 250 healthcare workers.
