Family Health Centers of Southwest Florida, Inc. is a multi-specialty health care practice serving the rapidly growing, culturally diverse people of Southwest Florida. From 12 medical and 6 dental offices, we currently provide medical, dental and medical social services to Lee and Charlotte counties, as well as the western portion of Hendry County.
Medical treatment is provided at each location by our Family Practice, OB/GYN, Internal Medicine, Pediatric physicians and Dentists who are experienced in caring for every member of the family, regardless of the patient's age or gender.We are proud to be a founding member of the Health Choice Network.

Family Health Centers' vision is to improve patient outcomes by providing primary health care, preventive health care, disease management and health related educational services to everyone, including the medically underserved, migratory agricultural worker families, the homeless, and other special populations who require access to health care. Family Health Centers of Southwest Florida, Inc. will work with the various communities to identify, plan, and deliver a variety of health care services which will meet the needs of those communities.All medical care and related services will be of a quality that insures dignity to and respect for the patient/client. Center services will not be denied due to an individual's ability to pay. When appropriate, Family Health Centers of Southwest Florida, Inc. will cooperate with and enter into partnerships with state, regional and local health providers and such other organizations that will contribute to the stated mission. Family Health Centers of Southwest Florida, Inc. will serve as an active, participating member of our Southwest Florida communities.

- In year 2009 we had 151,285 Medical visits; and 63,006 Dental visits, for a total of 214,291 visits.
- In year 2008 we had 153,727 Medical visits and 49,546 Dental visits, for a total of 203,273 visits.
- 30,888 children cared for in 2009.
- 60,608 individual patients were seen and served in 2009.
- In the year 2009 our doctors and midwives delivered a total of 1,330 precious babies.
- Over 28 Physicians, nurse practitioners, certified nurse midwives, 12 dentists, and 7 dental hygienists on staff.
- Over 250 healthcare workers.
